Mat Pilates
Make time on the mat to learn more about the Pilates approach to wellness and fitness.
Using classical and evolved exercises we will build strong fundamentals for your transformational Pilates practice. Guiding you through the five Pilates spine shapes, the Pilates approach to breathing, plus the core, and the Pilates principles.
Not suitable for those with acute injuries.

Mat Pilates is held at Yoga West, corner of Titirangi and South Titirangi Roads.
They are on the second level, straight at the top of the stairs. Also accessible by lift from the ground floor or car park. Parking: there are some visitor parks in the Rise Building complex plus street parking, parking behind Lopdell House and near the Library.
